Suha is a full time MBA student with the background in user research and product development. She is the graduate student representative for the Diversity, Equity,and Community Engagement Council (DECEC) for the UW Bothell School of Business. In her role, she is facilitating the council in identifying goals and objectives to maintain an inclusive climate that fosters academic and professional success for the students and serves the community . Suha is passionate about products/projects that intend to make technology inclusive and relevant to a diverse group of users. Being on a 24 hrs job as a mother of a toddler, she hardly gets any spare time but if she does she loves spending it with family and friends.

Jeff received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Washington Seattle and is currently enrolled in the UW Bothell Leadership MBA. In his free time, Jeff volunteers on the Shoreline Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services Board and as an avalanche safety instructor and spends as much time outside as possible skiing, climbing, or trail-running with his wife and two dogs.

Pallavi has worked at Microsoft as a Software Engineer for 15 years and has lived in the Seattle area for 20 years now. She has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Utah State University. She is currently a second year MBA Grad at University of Washington – Bothell.Pallavi loves to travel, explore other cultures and enjoys different cuisines. She is a proud mom of two wonderful teenagers and loves to go on walks and bike rides with her family. In her free time, she enjoys reading, chatting with friends, watching movies and playing games. Music, art, flowers, colors and little kids make her happy.

Jere is a full-time MBA candidate in the Class of 2021 at the University of Washington Bothell. Previously, he performed war surgery with the likes of Sanjay Gupta in Afghanistan and the Horn of Africa while serving in the United States Navy. He also led the Naval Expeditionary Medical Facility in Djibouti and the Directorate for Surgical Services at the Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to that, Jere worked production management for entertainment projects large and small – from festival-award winners to music videos for Japanese pop idols. Jere is particularly interested in the intersection of finance, technology, and entertainment and how to leverage those domains in differentiating products within tightly crowded markets. He is also fascinated by the field of human performance and its application to the creative industries. He is the only person he knows who has read The Cambridge Handbook of Expertise and Expert Performance. After all, everyone needs a hobby. Jere received his Bachelor of Arts in Cinema Production from the University of Southern California. In his spare time, he sometimes pretends to know how to play chess and how to count cards in blackjack.

Muzz is a Senior Product Manager for Azure Kubernetes Service at Microsoft. He holds his undergrad degree in CS and is a passionate programmer since the age of six. He also holds a graduate degree in Computer Science specializing in Artificial Intelligence from University of Southern California. He is currently pursuing MBA at University of Washington. He loves playing soccer in his spare time. He is a hard-core techie, and spends a lot of spare time building cool tech or following cool tech(electric cars, AI etc). He got married last year to Sadia who also is an MBA student at WSU and works full time managing the marketing department at a tech startup. Muzz and Sadia love to take road trips across the US and fly over the pond to Europe for vacations. Both originally hail from the Middle East and still have most of the family back home who they visit each year
VP Speakers Management
Kate Retherford is a senior marketing manager at T-Mobile, supporting brand social media strategy and operations. She is also the founder and content creator of All Things Kate, a lifestyle and travel blog and social media personality, where she seeks out once-in-a-lifetime adventures. When not traveling, Kate enjoys weighlifting, hiking, and cycling, renovating vintage trailers with her husband, hanging out with her two cats. Kate received the degrees of Bachelor of Business Administration - Marketing and Bachelor of Arts in History from Pacific Lutheran University, and is currently enrolled in the MBA Leadership Program at University of Washington Bothell.

Thangeswaran Natarajan is a Software Engineering Manager manager at Stryker with around 19 Years of experience in Embedded Software development and managing software team. His hobbies are playing badminton with his daughters and trekking with friends. Also likes to go for a long drive on weekends listening to Indian songs in the car.
VP Program Development
Kacie was born in Hong Kong and raised in Seattle, Washington. She studied at the University of Washington and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in June 2006.
After graduation, she worked as an Administration Executive at Hong Kong ISS Facility, an international outsourcing Human Service Company based in Hong Kong. She assisted the director of Hospital Services with contract preparation and worked closely with sub-suppliers to purchase hospital goods / services for customers.
In 2011, she returned to Seattle and worked as a Business Operations Specialist for the Asia Pacific region at EMC, an international Data Storage company manufacturing and selling hardware and software. Her duties included working closely with customers and sales team to exceed optimal quarterly sales goal and establishing procedures that align with company standard.
She joined the Boeing Company in 2012 as a Supply Chain Analyst (SCA) and she is now working as a Procurement Agent at the Hardware Development Team managing international supplier relationships, operations, contracts and supply chain for Boeing’s development projects. She has been working at Boeing for 7 years and has experiences working with multiple international customers, suppliers and internal teams. She had managed project development for 737 & 747 structural and hardware / software products. In the near future, she wants to become a product manager and manage a team to successful launch a product to the market.
Kacie can speak fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, English and conversational Japanese and has working experience in Hong Kong, Japan and U.S. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her family, her two fur animals, watching movies, hiking and running.
