Kelsea is the Director of Sales for National Accounts at LOUD Audio, LLC, where she manages business strategy and relationships with the nation's top musical instrument retailers to drive revenue growth and awareness of the Mackie brand. With over a decade of experience in MI retail, Kelsea uses her expertise and progressive outlook to lead beyond her role by supporting cultural initiatives within the industry. An avid pianist herself, she is most passionate about improving youth access to music technology education and the promotion of women as leaders in music. Kelsea earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University and is currently pursuing an MBA in Leadership from UW Bothell.
